Membership in PTA is open to anyone who supports the PTA mission and wants to be involved and make a difference for the education, health, and welfare of children and youth.
What We Do
PTA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit association that prides itself on being a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for families and communities, and a strong advocate for public education.
The purpose of the Shelton PTA is to support the school, the students, and the faculty and staff in whatever way we can throughout the school year.
With funds we have raised we have been able to provide new playground structures, supported teachers through Teacher Appreciation events, provided treats on Field Day, and even created an annual college scholarship for former Shelton Cubs.
We provide social opportunities for students with our Fall Festival, 5th Grade Dance, Spring Fling, and more.
We host an annual Boosterthon DanceFit Event as our biggest fundraiser of the year to help provide all of these opportunities and more.
MEET OUR PTA TEAM
